This banquet offers new guys a first hand experience of the fellowship in action beyond their home group,
and may even change a few minds and hearts into realizing that "we are not a glum lot!"

The Banquet Venue - 2,992 sq. ft.
The Pace Centers Event room is a spacious and contemporary, room that offers the Parker Men;s Banquet the perfect space for your private event. With large windows looking out to the beautiful West Terrace and the distant mountains, the Event Room opens to the West Terrace on one side and an Art Gallery on the other. The Event Room is a fantastic location providing us with plenty of uncrowded tables for dining and relaxing, and allows easy access to our self-serve dinner buffet.

The Banquet is catered by Rocky Mountain Catering, a chef owned company that has been serving the front range since 1998. Twenty-eight years later, Rocky Mountain Catering & Events operates out of a 15,000 square foot production facility with a professional team that delivers restaurant-quality food and expert-level service — consistently, at scale, without drama.
Every event we touch is backed by the kind of execution that only comes from building something from the ground up and refusing to cut corners along the way. Using the Pace Centers state-of-the-art kitchen, Rocky Mountain Catering can prepare fresh meals for our Banquet.

Situated in central Downtown Parker, the PACE Center provides a sophisticated and contemporary venue for the Parker Men’s Banquet.
Our event space includes indoor accommodations and a scenic patio where guests can enjoy beverages while taking in views of the Front Range.
The room comfortably hosts tables accommodating up to 200 guests and features a dedicated kitchen for food preparation.

SPIRITUAL GATHERING
Q - Who is welcome to attend?
A - This is an open Men's recovery centered event, men with a desire to discover a new life of joy and happiness in recovery are welcomed to attend. So bringing you wife or girlfriend is not suggested.
Q - Is there a dress code?
A - No. The suggested attire is "spiffy" consider dressing up a couple notches for this event, sport coat and tie are welcome however it is unlikely anyone is going to be asked to leave due to their choice of clothing.
Q - How do I sit with guys from my home groups?
A - When you purchase your ticket(s) list your home group or better yet consider purchasing a full table of eight (3) seats to ensure you get seated with your guys. This is the best way to ensure you sit with who you want to sit with.
Note: That while efforts will be made to try and seat home groups together, understand that that may not always be possible.
Q - Do I need my ticket for the event?
A - Yes, We pay the caters for every meal they serve so in order to order to get an accurate headcount for the buffet, each person attending needs their own ticket (electronic or printed copy are both acceptable)
Q - Can I sponsor a newcomer for the Banquet?
A - We highly encourage those that have the means to sponsor a new comer ticket that can be purchased during your ticket purchase checkout. Additionally, if you know someone newcomer or otherwise that could use a "hand-up ticket "to the Banquet please email the address or text the number below.
Q - What if I can't afford a ticket?
A - If you or someone you know (newcomer or otherwise) would like to attend the Banquet and may not have the that could use a "hand-up ticket "to the Banquet please email the address or text the number below.

Q - Can I sponsor a newcomer for the Banquet?
A - We highly encourage those that have the means to sponsor a newcomer ticket, that can be purchased during your ticket purchase checkout.
Q - How are seats assigned?
A - Seating is based tables not individual seats. Table assignments will be emailed to each purchaser of tickets approximately one week before the Banquet. Table assignments are based on a first to buy, first get a table assignment basis.
Q - What if I don't receive a table assignment?
A - Not to worry, a list of table assignments for all tickets purchased will be available the night of the Banquet. All tables will have their table number on it.
Q - Can I change tables at the Banquet?
A - If you want to change seats or tables at the Banquet that's your call, please be respectful to others your decision may affect in considering to do so.
Q - Is this an AA event?
A - The Banquet Planning Committee is rooted in AA. The format of the meeting during the Banquet is from AA. That being said, all men with a desire to stop drinking (or whatever) are welcomed to attend.
Q - Do you offer Gluten-free Options?
A - Yes, while it is not possible to address all dietary restrictions, we do offer a Gluten-free and Vegetarian option that you can select during ticket purchase checkout.
